Bobbi is a native of Phoenix, Arizona and a graduate of Arizona State University. While attending ASU, she embarked on a 26+ year career in telecommunications beginning at Mountain Bell in 1981. The company underwent a few name changes, first to US West and then Qwest Communications, which is the company Bobbi was laid off from in 2006. She considers the layoff an epic event in her life which caused her to choose her new career based on what she loves — old homes. Why not sell homes and specialize in historic ones?
As a full-time Realtor with the HomeSmart Elite Group, Bobbi belongs to the largest real estate brokerage in the Southwest. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Phoenix Association of Realtors, Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service, Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (Rebac), Greater Phoenix Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (GPGLCC) and is a graduate of the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business in Scottsdale, Arizona. In addition, Bobbi holds the e-Pro & Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) certifications. Further, she is a proud HomeSmart Diamond Club award winner and regularly attends the Historic Realtor and Central City Home Tours. Bobbi is a big believer in networking as she’s helped her clients, time and again, find off market properties that her clients wouldn’t have otherwise known about.
Bobbi has a love of homes, especially the 1935 home in the Willo Historic neighborhood she shares with her amazing partner Tricia, Minnie the funny black pug, Bruno the cartoonlike Chizer (Chihuahua/Schnauzer), Hildegard the lazy calico office assistant, and Cholula the orange tabby with personality plus. If there is anything Bobbi loves to do, it’s meet new people, turn them on to the urban flavor of downtown Phoenix and show them homes in one of Phoenix’s many historic neighborhoods or urban condo developments and have fun while doing it!
Tricia grew up in Tucson where she attended the University of Arizona — Go Wildcats! While at the UofA, Tricia earned a BFA in graphic design and an MA in medieval art history. After a successful 25+ year career in advertising and design, Tricia decided it was time for a new challenge and, like Bobbi, she has a love of historic homes. In fact, the two met when Bobbi sold Tricia her 1936 Monterey-revival bungalow in the Del Norte Place neighborhood!
After attending the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business in Scottsdale and getting her license, Tricia joined Homesmart and teamed up with Bobbi. Tricia is a full time agent, member of the National Association of Realtors, Phoenix Association of Realtors, Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service, HomeSmart Elite Group, and HomeSmart Diamond Club award winner. Tricia and Bobbi team together with every client so you get the specialized attention you deserve. One of them is always available to answer your questions, communicate with cooperating agents, mortgage or title, or to preview and show homes.
