The boundaries of Cheery Lynn Historic District are: Flower to the north, Earl to the south, 16th Street to Randolph Road.
Cheery Lynn was a prototype neighborhood of its time because of the defined character and identity of the homes here. Predominantly built in English-influenced architectural styles, the initial success of the neighborhood relied on the packaging of the neighborhood amenities, financing and architectural design. Later designs were modest versions of the French Provincial Ranch style. This area is a hidden gem in the heart of town.
