The boundaries of the Woodlea Historic District are: Glenrosa to the north, Monterosa to the south, 7th Avenue to 15th Avenue.

The Woodlea neighborhood showcases the Transitional Early Ranch Style. There are more than 175 homes, including some in the Tudor Style. Development in this area occurred between 1929 and 1945, with the majority of the construction after 1940.
